Appointments

Being on time is greatly appreciated so you may receive your full service, as well as a courtesy to those who come after you. For spa packages, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to prepare for your spa visit and to enjoy our amenities. 

 

Cancellations

In an effort to avoid a possible charge for cancellation, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. In the event that a requested service provider is unable to work, we will do everything possible to reschedule the appointment(s) in a timely and satisfactory manner.

 

Payments

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express with proper identification. Returned checks are subject to a fee.

 

Quality Service Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service please notify us immediately and we will consult with you to determine how we may satisfy you. 

 

Professional Retail Policy

We are proud to offer you high-quality professional retail salon and spa products. Products, with receipt, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for salon credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given.

 

Gratuity

Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. We appreciate that gratuities be added in a form of cash or check. For convenience, a select few of our professional stylists even accept gratuity in the form of Venmo or Cash App.
